Frequently crashes the Application Menu (Global Menu)

Open fyroostr opened this issue 5 months ago • 1 comments

Describe the bug VSCodium frequently crashes the Application Menu (Global Menu). The additional global menu plugin that was installed manually is xfce4-appmenu-plugin, which has now been upgraded to the latest version. Every time switch from VSCodium to another window or minimize VSCodium, a system prompt window appears asking that [The Plugin "AppMenu Plugin" exited unexpected, do you want to restart it?] Then I have to click the [Execute] button to resume it.

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

  • [x] I do not use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. So I'm not sure if it only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Deactivate VSCodium window
  2. See error

Expected behavior No error and the Application Menu switches to the corresponding app.

Screenshots Sorry, no screenshots.
