Cant move window

I cant move the VScodium window. I can only change its size

I have the same issue with version 1.88.1 (0d01a72525276e5e3771fe5851b9c83de0de1e2b). It worked fine before that.

Note that I am not able to change its size more than once. It starts in full-screen mode, then I try Super+left for example to snap the window to the left, and it stays there without being able to move anywhere else.
