What this PR does / why we need it: This PR adds highlighting of current search match when navigating through searches with n/N.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes Addressing one of the minor comments of https://github.com/VSCodeVim/Vim/issues/8416

Would love to get this in, really bugs me this. As a work around if you run :nohl –which I've bound to CTRL-n and then press "n/N" you see the correct highlight.
