Document "no space" functionality in vim-surround

In the vim-surround section, the ability to use ) instead of ( to get a surround with no spaces applied is not mentioned. For users who are unfamiliar with surround, or who have not followed the link to tpope's repo, I think it would be beneficial to mention this ability with an example.
