Improve data entry by user

hi,

this an optimal frontend to interact with vroom, but I think that it would be interesting to join this project with this other project

ongoing discussion here: https://github.com/GIScience/ors-map-client/issues/34

This project is a good starting point to showcase VROOM features and this is it's current sole purpose, at least from my perspective. It indeed lacks features to allow full handling of VRP in a browser.

The hard part here is that optimization consumers may have very different requirements and needs regarding displaying results, UI/UX etc. So I'm not sure it's really feasible to come up with a one-size-fits-all frontend that would be relevant across use-cases. For example, if the folks at ors-map-client where to add something on top of the optimization endpoint, maybe they'd do it in a very different way.

On the other hand, this is a good starting point and an open-source project, so everyone is welcome to suggest enhancements (and offer PR). I'll gladly discuss new features and possible improvements for this frontend. Maybe the easiest way to move forward would be to focus on what is missing and would be useful to everyone. Can you share precise ideas you'd have in mind?

I just wanted right about how design a data entry interface for vrp problems. quite right! so I will try to contribute on this project as far as the simple interface dataentry in addition to uploading the json file

you're right it might be a good idea to create a Roadmap.md of Vroom project

We can start by discussing features here and/or opening dedicated tickets for the frontend. Then setting priorities and defining a roadmap can simply happen by adding tickets to milestones.
