password reset do not work

Description

unable to reset my pasword. have tried from the web site and from inside the MacOs app. After 3 try and approximately 15 minutes later I recieved 3 reset and email at the same time but all of them was leading to a token error.

So at this point i was thinking I was just too impatient. I have to relax lol and the fact that I called 3 password reset in a short period of time leaded me to the token error. so did a last try. First from the site web and I waited 30 mins without recieving reset password email. After another 30 mins I still recieved any email and I watch my spam box just before pushing the Submit Issue button.

Being able to reset my password

Actual Behaviour

Unable to reset mypassword

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download and install this VPNht-1.1.2.pkg
2. Open it and notice that yes like a moron I forgot the password I have setup yesterday
3. So I tried first via this URL cause i hope my browser have memorised the password .
4. Wait 30 minutes
5. From MacOs app Push Reset password button in the login screen
6. wait 30 minutes
7. Notice that I still not recieved any reset password email

Solutions

Any Solutions ?

I just retry 15 minutes ago, I did it directlty from the reset button that is into the MacOs Desktop Client and I still not recieving email to reset my password.
