Add ability to restore deleted items from UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there is no way to restore deleted items from UI - it can only be done from API.

Describe the solution you'd like Either a separate view, or additional filters in existing overviews. Transactions, transfers/purchases/etc. probably will need a different solution.
