Publish Ansible roles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The roles under https://github.com/VMelnalksnis/Gnomeshade/tree/master/deployment/ansible should be published to Ansible Galaxy.

Looking at examples I though this would be simple, but looks like ansible expects a repo per role/collection. I could not find any examples/documentation on how to get it working from a monorepo.
