Add default units for all users

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some standard units should be automatically added when a user is created, for weight, time, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like Such units as kilogram, gram and liter are automatically added when a user registers.

Additional context This will most likely help out in the future, as it would set standard values for units and simplify reporting across ownerships/users.
