README.md: broken link to freepdk45
I've reported the link as broken last week. Unfortunately, I don't have an updated one. I'll leave this open for now until they fix it.
Note, it was also behind a registration wall. I'm trying to convince them to just add it to GitHub.
Thank you, Matt!

Hey @mguthaus , I get this error when I run "make pdk":
`Cloning skywater PDK... Previous HEAD position was f70d8ca Merge pull request #346 from QuantamHD/add_reram Switched to branch 'main' Your branch is up to date with 'origin/main'. Already up to date. Cloning open_pdks... You are not currently on a branch. Please specify which branch you want to merge with. See git-pull(1) for details.
git pull <remote> <branch>
` How can I solve this issue?
Which commit are you using?
What if you do "make wipe" first to erase the old versions?
BTW, this is a new issue so re-opening this one doesn't make sense...
