Display image and snippet from data in elasticsearch and not use the jquery plugin

The image and text snippet now displayed for each page when selected in the pages gallery is retrieved from the web using jquery. This is both slow and sometimes incorrect as the page may no longer exist. So the data already downloaded with the page should be used instead.
