DDT can't be reached

Hi,

I'm using DDT and its throwing sit can't be reached error while searching any query. I'm getting query failed again n again.

Could you please check and guide.

I have tried both interactive and background version of DDT on ubuntu but same issue.We are using nginx for accessing it.
