Add channel mapping and mixing option.

In some TS files, a stream changes the number of channels on the way. Currently, lsmashinput.aui and LSMASHSource.dll pick channel layout with the first maximum number of channels for the maximum compatibility. This is not preferred by people who wants only, for example, stereo part if that stream consists of stereo part and 5.1ch part.
