Improve IFC Support

IFC Support needs to be improved.

Some hints :

  • provide more sample to test the tiler
  • improve the tiling time
  • enhance the log information and CLI during tiling
  • check whether the geolocation is well handled :
    • it can be located either in the IfcSite (or IfcBuilding) as all objects are placed relatively to it
    • it can be located in the IfcCoordinateReferenceSystem
