Multitasked downloads

Tracking state here. Currently needed:

  • Seperate UI and downloads
  • ICP between download threads and UI thread
  • Rebase multitasking branch (not public) onto newest master

This has low priority since v.1.18 as we're slowly reaching hardware limits anyway. :)
