Feature Request: More detailed statistics

Statistics can be filtered to have more details.

A simple example is displaying the metrics on date frames. Like how many episodes did I watch in 2020.

Or could be also based on the genre.

Time-based filters currently not possible as SeriesGuide does not store when an episode or movie was watched.

I was interested in how many shows I have finished watching (shows that ended and I have watched or skipped all episodes). Luckily this was easy to implement because the logic for this could be extracted from the existing Stats object.
