Support more languages for 'Ignore articles' setting

Currently only English articles are supported, namely:

• 'The', 'An' and 'A' (as well as their lower-case variants)

Add support for more languages where it makes sense to ignore articles, e.g.

• German

We also might think of adding some optimization if the list grows vastly bigger (search letter by letter instead of whole one prefix by another).

Note: only languages supported by TVDb may be added.
