Different next episode if sorting by DVD order

Evaluate options here. It only makes sense to change the next episode algorithm if sorting by DVD. However what do we fall back to if another episode sorting is selected? Better provide an option in general to use the DVD order (fall back to regular episode numbers).

From a user's perspective I would like that this option is to be saved for each series separately and not global for all of them. This is because I watch some series on DVD and some on TV.

It also seems that the sort order is saved for each series anyway, does it not?

It is saved globally right now.
