Shape Keys not working in Blender, but do work in MMD.

My model is using shape keys for its facial animation. They work perfectly in MMD. However, when I import the model in Blender (with the exact same animation as in MMD), the face is still. In the Shape Keys tab, I see there are green ones : this color indicates the shape keys used by the loaded animation. So my problem is the shape keys for the face aren't selected. However, they do work in MMD! Is there a fix?

For the case I'm working on right now, I noticed I could just rename the shape keys. But I had a single shape key to rename, so I'm looking for a more "automatic" way ^^'.

In order to import facial animation, the shape key names must match exactly. This cannot be automated, as it is VMD as to what shape key names are correct.
