[BUG] File with new line in name makes yoda portal crash

Current Behavior

A file can be created with a name containing a newline. This file can be uploaded to yoda via icommands, and shown in the yoda web portal. The issue is when attempting to download the file, the portal crashes with Internal Server Error

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to download the file

Steps To Reproduce

1. From the command line (e.g. in linux), create a file with a newline in the name:

touch "my file with
new line"

2. Upload file to a yoda collection with privileges

iput "my file with
new line"

3. Open the yoda portal, search for the file and attempt to download it

- Yoda: v1.9.0
- Ansible: 2.1.3
- Operating System: CentOS7
- Browser: Google Chrome

Thanks for the bug report. I'm unable to reproduce this problem with the latest bugfix release of Yoda 1.9 (currently 1.9.4).

Can you re-check whether the issue still occurs for you during the acceptance tests of Yoda 1.9.5, please?
