Tariff peaks limited by date and time?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In Sweden, for the local grid company Falu El och Vatten (fev.se) we will only have tariffs during workdays 07-19 between 1 November to 31 March. The current tariff configuration will give me any hour peaks, but I would like to only have the peaks within this timeframe.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to select FromDate, ToDate Ability to select [Mo] [Tu] [We] [Th] [Fr] [Sa] [Su] Ability to select StartHour EndHour

Describe alternatives you've considered Should be possible in homeassistant somehow.
