That is a custom modification/addition to the bootstrap-table, so we can't cover that cases. But should be easy to self implement it. You just have to update you're filter data...

As you already found out, the image is within the CSS, so you can't configure it. But you can overwrite it through you're own CSS, but you wrote you don't...

The issue is that we calculate the width's to check if a fixed column is needed or if the browser width is larger then the table width. In you're example...
