[Bug]: Unable connect COOP account: No bank balance returned so no connection.

Description

When I attempt to connect my bank account, the app asks for the account balance. This balance is never returned so no connection is established. Also, any attempt to transact using the coop account such as send to mpesa or buy airtime never works because it asks to connect first by asking for the balance, which is never returned.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open stax app
2. Add new account
3. Choose COOP account
4. Check balance
5. Enter pin
6. Wait for the transaction to end and message.
7. No message is returned

Expected result

Once the process of checking the balance is finished, a message should be returned with the balance and a connection established

Actual result

No message is returned after asking for the balance, so the app never connects with my coop account
