[Bug]: Check balance transaction fails on M-pesa

Description

Checking balance on Mpesa returns a fail status with no balance update.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Stax app.
2. On the home screen click on the reload balance icon.
3. Input your Mpesa pin and wait for transaction to complete.

Expected result

It returns a successful status and updates balance.

Actual result

It returns a fail status with no balance update.
