[Bug]: Service cannot be used to purchase airtime

Description

Purchasing airtime is not possible

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stax app
2. Select buy airtime
3. Select mpesa on the drop down menu
4. Enter phone number and amount
5. Click the continue button
6. Enter pin

Expected result

Purchasing airtime is successful

Actual result

Error message: service cannot be used displayed
