expected behaviour delete-people?name=p3 deletes all?

I am using this /api/docs

curl -s -X POST 'http://localhost:4000/api/delete-people?name=p3' {"nodesDeleted":6,"relationshipsDeleted":10}

I was expecting node with name=p3 would be deleted
