This issue is partly https://github.com/Nitrux/luv-icon-theme/issues/188 and missing icons of elementary apps, so I won't close it but I'll reference this issue.

Only `application/mac-binhex40` and `application/x-spss-sav` are missing. Luv doesn't have symbolic icons for GTK, but it does support the Plasma color schemes feature. For more features, please support its development.

You may rebuild the `icon.cache` file after you make your changes to the `index.theme` file so that your changes are picked up when loading the icon theme.
