Discord message reactions

This PR adds discord message reactions support to the Agent's conversation context/history.

Depends on: https://github.com/UpstreetAI/upstreet/pull/1452

Parts required as well:

• https://github.com/UpstreetAI/upstreet-core/pull/826

• https://github.com/UpstreetAI/upstreet-core/pull/827

• https://github.com/UpstreetAI/upstreet-core/pull/828

• add's "messagereactionadd" and "messagereactionremove" events (depends on Pr above ^)

• new perception "messageReaction"

• incoming reactions use "messageReaction" method

• reactions added to conversation via addLocalMessage
