usdk create without agent-dir specified creates a temporary directory in cwd

Steps to reproduce:

• cd into a directory
• create an agent using only "usdk create"
• agent creation completes succesfully, though the path is not what is expected
• a directory with random name is created inside which the agent is created

im assuming the additional guiding logs are present in the current USDK dev version, which help a lot in guiding the chat starting but without this a normal end user is left confused.
