MB-Lab features?

MB-Lab/MakeHuman features that I think should be in CharMorph:

• Age sliders (i.e. baby, toddler, child, teen, young adult, adult, old)
• A weight slider (i.e. thin, skinny, average, chubby, fat, obese)
• A height slider (i.e. dwarf, short, average, tall, giant)

LMK if you decide to implement these! :3

Sliders for MB-Lab characters should work now. Except that age slider have the same range as in MB-Lab, I have plans to extend it to allow younger characters. Reom currently supports wider age range.
