(feature request) Split >4GiB nca files.

Would it be possible to split >4GiB .nca into smaller parts? I don't know if it's possible, but the switch does it when installing. Tinfoil's network install is super slow, it would be better to unpack the .nsp file to .nca <4GiB and ftp them over.

It should be possible. I just have to source a >4GB nca file for testing first
