Revisit the Brazilian Portuguese translation

It's a bit rougher than I expected! I believe we can do a major polish of everything, maybe

Something that I noticed is that while there is some exclusive roughness to the Portuguese translation, the English script shares a lot of the roughness as well;

This is something I'm trying to address now, but something that may only be fully realized by a config rewrite
