Consider a "Stabilize FOV" option

While trying out the new defaults on a laptop? Things were pretty alright! ..except for a small issue: when you stop running and zooming at the same time? The zoom out can feel stronger than the zoom in, which is not really great!

I guess That Other Zoom Mod has an option like that, so why not have one ourselves? This is the sort of thing that will require experimenting with though, since I am curious about halfway stabilization rather than just Ignore All Speed FOV Changes on zoom
