create .pdf without searchable

I creat .pdf from .jpg but without searchable function. By the way I'd like to ask a polish language in OCR.

I've packaged all OCR languages as extensions on Flathub. You can install the polish language in Gnome Software or via the command:

flatpak install com.github.unrud.djpdf.OCR.Pol

Additional OCR languages are not available for the Snap package.
