Seems to have broken with new windows update 21H2 (19044.1645)

I noticed the volume OSD started to appear again recently. When looking at windows update history I see:

Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H2 Successfully installed on ‎5/‎3/‎2022

Which was two weeks ago. So I'm guessing that's the culprit, as I can't imagine anything other than windows update would be able to break this, and I don't remember seeing the OSD more than two weeks ago.

I can confirm that it isn't working from some time also for me. Probably the same Windows update.

I am on 21H2 and it sometimes works and it sometimes doesn't work.

Note: I am using the latest version (v1.3) and I am using LTSC.
