Volume control issue

I found this nice program while I was looking for a solution to other problem. My problem is that the Windows volume goes up all time, if I use my mouse to hit down the volume it cames back to the 100% in a few seconds. It only stops if I press the multimedia key Vol+ one single time on my ketboard. I tried to fix it changing my keyboard, the usb port, formating my pc and it dindt work. Some ideas to fix it?
