Stove burners not cooking food

Paladin's 1.1.1 Forge 43.1.65

Stove top doesn't seem to be cooking food. I dropped 4 steaks on it and they start to "smoke" a bit. They never seemed to finish cooking though. I also tested the cooktop (without the oven) and that cooked the steaks without issue.
