🔥feat: Event API - search and filter

Describe the feature request

As a user it would be nice to be able to search and filter the event log.

Background

  • pagination (when the list of events exceeds 100).
  • filter by
    • "user"
    • "project"
    • "event type"
    • "environment"
    • etc.
  • be able to show all events within a given "timeframe".

Involves both UI and API.
