Allow hotbar 1-9 slot rebindings

Being able to rebind the hotbar keys is very useful. I like being able to put some keys on my mouse in minecraft and having that here would be nice enhancement.

It would be cool if you can also add Hotbar + and Hotbar - keys (set to none by default) so I can press my mouse button 4/5 to switch to different hotbar slots like I do in Minecraft with a mod I wrote.

Not sure if mouse buttons 4/5 can even be used in controls at all. I only ever added support for buttons 1/2

Asides from left/middle/right buttons the first two extended/custom buttons should be supported.

You can rebind 1 - 9 slot bindings now

There isn't + or - slot bindings though
