Refreshing servers list resets sorting order

and some other minor issues with button and 'search servers' not being highlighted again.

In addition the search order used is initially is "Players Desc + Uptime Desc" the only way to get back to this sort after clicking on one of the column titles is to use the "Back" and "Sign In" buttons.
