Recreating sound device issues with WinMM

  • Some computers have issues, where trying to create a new WinMM device while another device is still playing a sound, errors with "device already in use".
  • Causes exception to be thrown, stopping sounds from playing at all from then on.
  • Doesn't happen to me though.

I can get this to happen in old VM
