Force landscape does not work in 16.7.11

Exactly what the title states Oh, I forgot to mention, the version number is the iOS version and client is the iOS alpha app, ClassiCube is version 1.3.7. Device model is iPhone 8. Expected behavior: Device locks to landscape. Actual behavior: Device ignores setting and continues to be in auto mode.
