[3DS] Error B551000A when downloading resources or signing in
On a New Nintendo 2DS XL, it successfully downloads the required resources, then fails on "optional" resources. I am able to use Direct Connect with no issue, so I believe it's not a general internet connection issue. It prompts me to download optional resources on every start-up and I try it every time, but it fails every time. Attempting to sign in also returns the same error.
There is some issue with random data corruption affecting at least 3DS, PS2 and Dreamcast ports. I am still trying to work out where the issue is coming from

On my friend's New 2DS XL the game downloads fine, but crashes when trying to enter the actual game.
If possible can a picture of the crash screen please be taken

If I will have access to it again. It isn't mine. I have a photo of the asset download screen only. You cannot screenshot, since the Rosalina Menu isn't available on bugchecks. It looked like this:
Note that this is a random image taken from a certain search engine.
