request: selection, copy, and paste text boxes

selection like how you have in regular minecraft where you can select text and copy and paste text, only difference is that it would also be nice to be able to select and copy any text thats already in a text box, this feature request would replace the existing (and very limited) click-to-copy thing.

atleast selection and copy are available, paste is only allowed where editing is allowed.

this feature applies to any text box, chat firstly, but also even things such as the f3 position in top left, and even popup text.

feature could be toggleable between off/click-to-copy (the feature already in cc)/full editing feature (this request)

color codes are preserved in copied text (maybe add a option to turn this on or off too).

As a side note, you can copy text that's already in the text box if you hit ctrl + c
