Unable to connect to singleplayer + multiplayer in the web version

I join the server, press play via proxy, but it freezes on "preloading fliesystems 2/2"

What device/operating system are you using? And what web browser are you using?

If you open the Console tab in the web browser's Developer Tools, is anything logged there?
