request: saving hotbars

every time the client is restarted the hotbar has to b rebuilt, this game has alot of hotbars, i recently found u can actually switch between up to 9 hotbars, it would make sense and b very useful to b able to save and load them (maybe from txt file?).

this feature request could be better if there was a per-server option and default hotbar, but idk how servers would be reliably differentiated
