Ipa file not working (Ipad Air 2 using ios 15)

Hello, I tried to install classicube on an ipad air 2, which is using ios 15, I installed the ipa file, but when I try to open it, it goes to just preview it and only says: Classicube, 708kb, I can't install it, why is this?
