Add an option in hacks settings to make you go fly up when you disable flying.

ClassicalSharp had this behavior long ago, and the java CC client had roughly the same behavior, but only for noclip, but it was removed for some reason. I think it was fun to do, so I think there should be an option in hacks settings to bring back this behavior.
