The four dropbox links in HeldBlockRenderer.c are dead

And probably will stay dead forever as I can no longer find them in my files

No I'm not asking for them to be fixed, i'm asking for them to be removed because they are dead.

I can add a note stating that the links are dead now, but I see no harm in leaving the links in there as credit to Goodly for having produced them in the first place
