Log EGL configs when config choosing fails

A user using an old Android device reported they were experiencing the Failed to choose EGL config, ClassiCube may be unable to start error

Currently there's no way to see all of the EGL configurations that were examined but rejected anyways when eglChooseConfig fails What should happen when eglChooseConfig fails is that all EGL configurations should be logged to client.log - that they can be examined for debugging purposes
